I had a terrible experience with New Rochelle Florist. I ordered tulips but received roses instead. I specifically requested a pink ribbon, but that was ignored. I also paid for a Happy Birthday balloon, which was never included, and asked for a greeting card but only received a blank piece of paper. Overall, the order was inaccurate and disappointing. I would not recommend this florist and would not order from them again. Save your money and buy your flowers somewhere else.

Mother’s Day florist never came. Their phone number is on the Rocklandflorist.net (there is no Rockland Florist company) website and the website uses a third party broker Teleflora. Very unreliable - do NOT use them. Go to a different local florist.

I placed an order through Teleflora that was fulfilled by this florist. Imagine my surprise when I arrived at the funeral home to see the deluxe peace lily plant I ordered for my dear friend's mom's passing was a gardenia in bucket - less that half the size, sitting on a shelf in the back of the room. No acknowledgment or phone call by either the florist or Teleflora to let me know of the substitution - which clearly was NOT a comparable item. So frustrating and angering. Buyer beware!!!!!! Edited to reply to owner - I called the store the day after the delivery to the funeral home. The person I spoke to was barely apologetic and offered a $25 credit. I accepted the credit as it's better than nothing, but I was extremely disappointed. It was a for a dear friend's mom's passing - sending the wrong item, a LESSER item, felt like such a slap in the face, for which I had to apologize to my friend profusely.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a grieving family. A woman from the store called me with questions about the delivery address and as I was trying to answer her as best I could, she became frustrated and literally hung up the phone on me. I called back several times to question why she hung up and also because I was now concerned about my flowers being delivered on time, but no answer. I emailed the shop, but no response. I called the next day and spoke to a different woman, who said she couldn’t apologize for whoever hung up on me because she was not at work the day before. I asked for a call back from a manager or the owner, and finally, after repeatedly asking, she said she would send them a message, but I never heard from anyone. This is how New Rochelle Florist treats it customers, people who are spending their hard-earned money with their store? Very poor and rude customer service and, needless to say, never again!!!

I went there in person a few weeks ago. This is indeed a real florist. My son and his girlfriend loved the crossaiges we picked up. Quick service! and the fresh flowers all throughout the store was nice to see
